i was damnnnnn sianed not hitting around 8. which adds the workload to my fitness program.
so i am also expecting repeated sprints in the program too. haha. cos its impossible to hit 9 for yoyo can. i can do sprintings for long distance zzz. my legs are damn lazy. maybe a run every sunday i think. ( to tingting)
