i was so happy that i survived after that '2 spokes'( which ms loo claimed that its around 5km and we are back by 36mins?) and i cut slack. DUE to someone complainings, so we are kind of working much harder today. of cos we are not only doing it for just today, we are determined to show what we are okay.
can see that ms loo wants to push me alot. so i concentrate more instead of crapping around and make noise. the most malu part is when we are doing the running back part. everyone have to be behind me. -.-' all those super fast players have to struggle behind me with that damn pace of mine. when as we reaching, shannon like maybe cannot take the slowness? then she ran off. hahaha. the runs is good though my damn butt mucsle still pain... ):
my left arms sucks to the core can. that long left hand shoulder pass.. i was like... sure not, really want do taht.... as expected, my arms are too flabby to control after doing that circuit and plus that my left arms no strength at all. so the ball is like lope those type. even grace was like, meiling ar, why throw until like that? something like this?
so difficult to gather strength when doing left handed.
was shocked that my drinking intake was so small! ... i only drank half the water from my bottle throughout the trg. good or bad?
