totally hate it when the vicious cycle happens... its like when u cant bend and can straighten, u keep bending.
when i can bend well, its not straighten... its seriously damn irritating can. and worst is my pain tolerance is like..... o.o even though the physio say its quite good already. pos lah, if good, i will stay in the same position when she press the muscle lah. !!@#$$%%
